By mid 2007 I had a stack of tapes waiting to be edited. I was teaching Paige Turner to edit and Stef was helping me shoot when she wasn’t sitting in the corner of my condo trying to land dates with military guys. When Stef and her dream guy got divorced she even considered rejoining me right before Covid snuffed out those plans. But as I write this in May of 2021 I get a text from Stef with a picture attachment just a couple weekends ago. She has remarried and looks rejuvenated and happy with her new guy. In her early 40s she still looks as amazing as she does in all our photos and videos. Stef will always have a huge space of my heart reserved for her and I truly would not be where I am in my life and career had Samantha St. James not sent Stef as her modeling replacement that day in 2005.
